Data Page type Report: Display Search Form above the results option:
The current process loads all records in the results when you open the data page. I would like to have the option to have the data page load with no results until AFTER the user clicks search

Even now if you click search, apparently no charts shown. And it will show the first records correctly with chart displayed but once you pick new dropdown, nothing will happen.
Not sure if it is a bug and needs Caspio to fix it.
