I realize this post is old, but I would love this functionality an example would be similar to the one made by the admin:

1 of my Datapages is a test score submission. Usually hundreds of scores need to be entered at a time. The form is only 4 fields for each score, but users need to click submit and click the link for the form repeatedly. The repetition could be reduced if I could allow the form to repeat itself 3 or 4 or even more times.

I think this would be wonderful. I have needed this feature several times.

The way I envision it would be to allow for multiple choices in a list box, and then a tickbox to create a new record for every choice, keeping the input from other input fields constant.

EXAMPLE 1: I would like to create a single submission form that contains seven data input fields. The data entered into each input field needs to be saved to its own table (seven separate tables) when a single submission is pressed.

EXAMPLE 2: I would like to be able to edit data from multiple data sources instead of just one, when creating a new view.

I can think of an example, but want to make sure my understating captures your idea.

There could be a ribbon form (fields listed horizontally) repeated a few times on a page with a label such as "Enter the details of all your Children" (one child per line). Each child to become a separate record.
