  2. Posibility to have a "cascading dropdown" field in combination with a "autocomplete" field

    This optuion is very usefull if you have a customer table and you like to search on a customers lastname by typing the information. If the customer lastname exist in the datatable, the rest of the customer information like address, zipcode, place, etc pops-up automaticly in the separate cascading dropdown fields. This functionality is now only posible with a combination of a dropdown field and a cascading dropdown field, and if there are many customers in your datatable this will generate a very long list on your screen.

  3. It would be nice if you could add a Picture to the suggestion

    It would be nice if you could add a Picture/File to the suggestion so that it could be more clear what a user means generally!

    Excel download of search results has been a feature for many years. The PDF option is available for free for Corporate accounts and for a fee for other paying accounts.

  5. A combination of both "AND" and "OR" logical operators between search fields

    Allow much greater flexibility in searching. A simple example could be a HR availability check where (knowing dates a person is absent) you could use a combination check to check for a set date if they are available.

  6. Combination of AND/OR logic in Search and Report search or filtering fields.

    Include capability to include multiple levels of AND/OR criteria in report searching.

  10. Import Update (Not Append or Replace)

    There should be an option when we import information from say Excel into a Caspio Table to Update current information, NOT have to Replace everything. For instance, if I have to add a field to a table, it is easier to export, make the changes in Excel and then would like the option import the information while only updating the selected information into a specified table.

  12. Authentication with Facebook, Open ID, etc.

    Interested to know how many votes this idea gets. It's basically about letting your app users authenticate with their Facebook password. Their ID must still be in your table but not their password.

  13. Trigger Based Email

    Success of most web applications requires a lot of user activities. In order to get users to be active companies needs to engage them. The most common way to do this is through email campaigns. It would be great if there is a feature to trigger an email to be sent based on certain criteria. For example, when a record is updated, send an email to a user or the user that the record is assigned to. Another is to have a program that would check table X and see if X criteria is met. If so, send template X…

  14. Automated archive of complete account

    As an admin, it would be very helpful if there was a way to completely download & archive our complete account (attachments, data pages, tables, etc), so that we have a copy of our information. A kind of disaster recovery scenario.

  15. Calculated field to be stored in table

    Be able to store the calculated field in the table upon submission or update or basically to be able to define table level calculation and formula

  20. Mass Update

    When presented with the result page it would be great if users can edit in the same way as spreadsheet. Also, give users the ability to select multiple records or all records to delete.
