    Instead of clicking finish to apply changes, click Apply and stay in wizard so you don't lose your place.

  3. Allow hooks into Windows Authentication or allow passing of Windows credentials

    Other cloud services (LMS) provide hooks into Windows Authentication tables so that users don't need a separate email/password for Caspio forms.

    Also, it would add additional security for Caspio non-authentication forms where network systems do not have dedicated IP addresses.

  4. Allow a combination of fields to be a composite key

    In some cases we want a combination of values to be unique. A sample scenario is to ensure that there is only one record per facility per year. This can be achieved if the combination of facility and year are designated as key and hence they have to be unique. This is a valid RDBMS concept and it will be great if Caspio implements it.

    Option to control the width of Edit boxes during the wizard stage on search results page, so it fits on one page without coding. I don't recall this being an issue until the last update. Caspio support were helpfull when I reported this, but I think option should be built in.

  6. Lookup Field

    Hello,
    When I create a relatioship between two tables I get a lookup field in child table, perfect. It would be nice if Caspio designers/engineers could allow us to filter the data being pulled in the lookup field. Currently all the data is coming in from the parent in the lookup, but what if I wanted certain data only.
    Let me know if this is already possible since I am buidling my first Caspio system and pretty new at this.

  7. Limit Internal User Privileges

    Since internal users of Caspio Bridge can be limited on what they do to data pages, it would help if internal users could be limited from changing, or allowed to change, another internal user's access privileges. I think this could be done by creating a check box above the list currently available that says "Can change other user's privileges" or something to that effect.

    I am actually surprised this is possible -- I thought it would only be available to the Administrator

  8. Mass download and mass delete files

    We purge our applicant data each year. It would be great to have a function that allows you to mass download and mass delete files.

    Since 8.0 in November of 2013 mass download and upload of files is available. Mass delete is also available through deleting a folder in the file section or enabling Orphan File Cleanup by contacting support.

  9. Add Tech Support Links to Caspio On-Line How-to

    In each Caspio How-to Tech Support document, there should be a link to get help from tech support immediately/asap and have it billed a-la-carte per ticket if not in your plan.

  10. Deployed DataPage Location

    It would be great if there was a way to tell where DataPages are deployed. This helps in terms of organization and troubleshooting.

  11. allow a copy to be made of style sheets.

    It would be nice to maintain an original style sheet as a "template" and make your changes to a copy rather than the original.

  12. Reports - aggregate totals on more than one level of grouping.

    I am building a report from a view and need to be able to calculate totals for instance by Category, by Project and then by box number. The current aggregate/totals element can only do this for the primary grouping

  14. Update multiple records in a batch

    Implement the ability to update the value of one field in all records in a table that have a specific value in another field. Usage examples: Set the rebate for all items of type "old stock" to "20%" or set the color code of all records smaller than "0" to "Red".

  17. Development Accounts

    The Dev Account facility supplied to Certified developers could be really useful however its utility has been spolied but forcing all datapages deployed to have a "Powered By Caspio Development Account" label on them.
    I do understand that the intent is that such dpatpages should not be used for any live apps however the Dev Account is limited anyway in terms of sizes etc so this protection is there. What it does do is spoil the look of any apps developed and deployed meaning that we cant use dev accounts for demos.
    I think Caspio marketing has gone a bit…
