Image file as URL
Instead of uploading image files to each file field, the ability to pass an image url only as file parameter is easier and space saving.

Remove the 10,000 record limit for tasks
The 10,000 record limit is too low for updating records using tasks.

You need to allow implicit FTP site connections
Hello
We have a new FTP provider and I cannot make a new site because Caspio does not allow implicit FTP connections. This is really important because it prevents alot of customers from making a site connection.9 votes -

Provide direct access to ticketing system
It would be very useful to provide a direct link from the Caspio app environment to the ticketing system. It is annoying to have to keep logging in between the two.

Support for accessing OneDrive Business from Sites or Scheduled Tasks
Currently Caspio only supports connecting to OneDrive Personal accounts and does not support OneDrive Business accounts. This a big blocker for working with external clients. If I am providing an application on behalf of a client using Caspio then I need a way to share files between the client and Caspio. OneDrive is the most commonly used method for file sharing in SMEs. Many businesses do not allow use of Google Drive due to security concerns which only leaves SFTP which is cumbersome to access through SFTP client for business users.

increase the frequency of scheduled tasks.
Data in many businesses changes often. If you schedule a task to import a dataset currently, the highest frequency is once per hour. It would be nice to have it be able to go down to a half hour or 15 minute increment.

Allow sub-users to access the Ticketing System
Hi,
I was hoping Caspio can allow sub-users to access the Ticketing System. I am the admin of my caspio account and I'd like to keep it that way.
However, I have a couple of developers who are the ones creating apps for our company. It's a pain for me to be the only point of contact when we have an open ticket with you. From the notification emails of new response, to the email exchange within our internal team.

Option to parse each row of a table into it's own PDF.
I'd like to be able to select multiple rows in a table and then have the ability to parse each row into a separate PDF file. Instead of all selected rows going into one PDF.

Add the calculated field option to fields on Single Record Update Datapage
Please add the calculated field option to fields on a Single Record Update Datapage so users can edit values and totals can be recalculated in real time without using JS or a formula field.
If the functionality is available in a submission for it should be available in the Single Record Update as well.

Option to use a Value from Calculated Value in another Calculated Value field
Sometimes you need to use a value obtained from a Calculated Value field in another one. But actually when you define a field as a "Calculated Value", you can't use it in the "Calculated Value" field.

Caspios emails are being delivered as unauthenticated emails to recipient host (gmail in particular).
reconfigure your email servers (spf, dkim, A & MX Records) and associate the tcp/ip port (usually 25) with the domains ip address. You will also need to configure reverse dns to authenticate the email sender to the receiver host. It's not at all difficult to do.

Automatic emails with no update/insert/delete required based on date fields and timestamps.
We would love to have a way for Capsio applications to send automatic emails sent out based dates and timestamps, that don't involve a table update/insert/delete. For instance, in a ticket system, you have a due date that a task/project must be completed by, and most ticket systems will email you when you are getting close to your ticket due date, and also email management when your due date has passed.

Bulk SMS
The inability to create applications that have bulk sms functionality is part of the reasons im still deciding on developing my applications using Caspio.
Please look into this. Twilio already has tariffs for many countries, so its easy to integrate this into Caspio. please look into this.
