A combination of both "AND" and "OR" logical operators between search fields
Allow much greater flexibility in searching. A simple example could be a HR availability check where (knowing dates a person is absent) you could use a combination check to check for a set date if they are available.

Import Update (Not Append or Replace)
There should be an option when we import information from say Excel into a Caspio Table to Update current information, NOT have to Replace everything. For instance, if I have to add a field to a table, it is easier to export, make the changes in Excel and then would like the option import the information while only updating the selected information into a specified table.

Excel download of search results has been a feature for many years. The PDF option is available for free for Corporate accounts and for a fee for other paying accounts.

Calculated field to be stored in table
Be able to store the calculated field in the table upon submission or update or basically to be able to define table level calculation and formula

Trigger Based Email
Success of most web applications requires a lot of user activities. In order to get users to be active companies needs to engage them. The most common way to do this is through email campaigns. It would be great if there is a feature to trigger an email to be sent based on certain criteria. For example, when a record is updated, send an email to a user or the user that the record is assigned to. Another is to have a program that would check table X and see if X criteria is met. It would be nice if you could add a Picture/File to the suggestion so that it could be more clear what a user means generally!

Mass Update
When presented with the result page it would be great if users can edit in the same way as spreadsheet. Also, give users the ability to select multiple records or all records to delete.

Utility for batch file upload/download

Authentication with Facebook, Open ID, etc.
Interested to know how many votes this idea gets. It's basically about letting your app users authenticate with their Facebook password. Their ID must still be in your table but not their password.

Multiple Select
In addition to allowing users to create a listbox with multiple select enable, give them the ability to set form element to checkbox with multiple select.

Automated archive of complete account
As an admin, it would be very helpful if there was a way to completely download & archive our complete account (attachments, data pages, tables, etc), so that we have a copy of our information. A kind of disaster recovery scenario.

Option to control the width of Edit boxes during the wizard stage on search results page, so it fits on one page without coding. I don't recall this being an issue until the last update. Caspio support were helpfull when I reported this, but I think option should be built in.
