  3. Automatic emails with no update/insert/delete required based on date fields and timestamps.

    We would love to have a way for Capsio applications to send automatic emails sent out based dates and timestamps, that don't involve a table update/insert/delete. For instance, in a ticket system, you have a due date that a task/project must be completed by, and most ticket systems will email you when you are getting close to your ticket due date, and also email management when your due date has passed.

  4. 2 Factor Authentication

    It'd be great if there could be 2 Factor Authentication (2 step verification) for logging in, using codes sent via sms or an authentication app like Google Authenticator.

  5. Download more than 1000 rows via the REST API

    Please add a way to download more than 1000 rows via the REST API. Multiple calls are fine if there is something like "get next 1000 rows", etc.. If the 1000 row limit is a security feature, perhaps make it configurable, so that each customer can decide if the limit suits their use case and disable the limitation in their specific account.

  6. TRIGGERS ARE AWESOME, BUT NEED

    TRIGGERS ARE AWESOME, BUT WE NEED TO HAVE SOME OF THEM AUTOMATIC AND NOT FORCED. EXAMPLE: IF DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DATE ENTERED AND TODAY'S DATE IS 30 DAYS, IT AUTOMATICALLY MOVES RECORDS FROM ON TABLE TO THE NEXT.

    ALSO, THE NEW TRIGGERS NEED THE OPTION TO BE ABLE TO SEND THE NOTIFICATIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAILS OUT JUST AS YOU CAN WHEN YOU USE THE DATAPAGES.

    I HOPE YOU CAN IMPLEMENT THIS REQUESTS SOON, BECAUSE DOING THINGS MANUALLY IS GETTING OLD.

  7. Support List datatype in REST API's

    Recently the List dataype is added. However it is not possible yet to use REST API's to make operations on this datafield.

  9. Can we add SQL to the table formula field for cross table calculations?

    Now that we have a formula field which is great for in table calculations can we take the logic step and include SQL commands or soem form of macro that would allow cross table calculations to be stored in table.

    For example at present we can SUM a range of records from any table or view using the calculations field, but the performance is slow i'd say. But to be able to do the same in table, would make a significant improvement to performance and functionality.

  10. Can we have an option to buy extra data for data transfer.

    Allow those who cannot afford the professional account to buy additional 500 Mb at $59 for data transfer.

    Thank you for the suggestion. This option is already available. On the top menu click on Account, then Change Plan. Without changing your plan, scroll down the screen to see al the options that you can add, including extra data transfer.

  11. Improvided Search Capability

    Need ability to search data by selecting specific column, say if I look for 50 in ID column, I don't want 50 in any other columns or data fie;d
    Once it finds that 50 in say the ID column, I want it to take me to that row/record

    Hi,

    This feature is already available in your account. To search for the data in a specific column, click on any cell in that column and select “Current column” in “Search range” drop down to search data for currently selected column.

  13. In a View, criteria does not seem to allow the comparision of two records in the same row

    In the View setup, under the "Field Properties" window there is an option to create criteria using "and" or "or" conditions.

    My requirement is to compare two field values in the same record. For example:
    Field 1 : DueAmount
    Field 2: Paid    Amount
    My criteria is DueAmount > PaidAmount

    Currently it seems that I can only do :
    Due_amount > " " Where " " could be a value (e.g. 600)

    This is badly needed to add more data flexibility to views

  14. Would it be possible to have the option to make a formula field in a table a unique ID?

    I love the new Caspio Bridge 9.4 feature where one can have formula fields in tables, but here's something that would make it even better: the ability to make it a unique ID if at all possible

  15. Ratio Calculation in Pivot Tables

    Pivot Tables should have the ability to divide two aggregations rather than dividing each individual record and then using a SUM function, which gives the wrong result.

    Currently the formula field does not appear as a choice as a data series field in the configure chart options.

  17. Improving charts look & feel!

    Charts layout need a make up. Why not start using Chart.js (http://www.chartjs.org) or a newer look and feel?

  18. Add "Edit" button when viewing a view

    When I'm inside a view (I have the view open), it would be nice to have a shortcut at the top to jump straight to the "Edit" instead of having to go back to the view list then click on edit.

    Similarly, if after finishing edit there was an option to immediately open the view.

  19. Tidy up sticky headers for a more professional look

    Currently, when scrolling down with sticky headers, records move above the header and the download and search options are lost. A much more professional look would be to prevent records above the header from being visible, and to have the download and search options displayed at all times. In effect, this would be like creating a fixed, opaque banner above the first record.

  20. Make User editable database triggers, to allow for more complex and interesting applications

    We currently have an application with a simple trigger built into it (when a User is approved, it generates a records of their Organization in a separate table from data captured at User creation, and connects the two records). But it was something a Caspio team created for us as part of a paid project, and it's not something we can access to innovate on or even troubleshoot on our own. I feel being able to customize triggers would allow for some much more powerful applications (that would be more user-friendly both for Caspio App developers, as well as for…
