Provide an option on submitting a datapage form for both showing a message AND viewing the same form.
We have a number of cases where adding data happens in serial, but users want some sort of feedback to indicate that the record they just submitted was actually saved. It would be nice to have an option that showed a text message/alert above the same form - so they'd know their record was saved and they are all set to enter another.

Automatically produced a flow diagram or site map of datapages that are embedded in other datapages and when datapages are linked on save or update

Be able to setup the frequency for datapage notification
Once the datapage is updated, the user receives a notification.
I would like to setup frequency, as the user can update several times a day the information registered. So receives 10 times the same notification per day.
Not like a drip email feature but more to be able to setup several messages as notification depending on conditions, and also be able to stop sending messages after conditions are met

Create a link back to the support page.
If you notice every time you go to idea box/ forums/ ticketing etc. there is no link going back to the support page itself. The link shown is caspio.com. So to avoid multiple clicks and easy use. I suggest to create a link back to the main support page.

Conditional Redirect Based on the existence or non-existence of a required parameter.
"I'd like to request the ability to have a user redirected to a page (URL/Datapage/Etc) if a datapage that requires a parameter noticed that parameter has not been received for any reason.
For example, our users upon login are directed to a page where they select from a dropwon project they are working on. The project that is selected passes a ProjectID parameter that is required in many other datapages in our system. This is so that the user does not have to repeatedly select the project on each datapage after. This parameter is currently stored in the browser…

Move a record from a table to another
Hello,
would be nice to have an option to move a record from a table to another.
In my case for example, when I want to blacklist a record I have on my table, I move it to a Blacklist table to then make sure with a view between the two tables that the blacklisted company is not registered again in the first table.Right now we need to export/download the data, delete the record in the first table, then import it on the new table, quite time consuming.

Add a dark palette option for administration
A modest request. Would it be possible to add a dark palette option to caspio? The ultrabright light palette can be tough to look at for 8 hours a day (as I often do) designing things. This could be something a user could select from their profile page - e.g. admin color palette.

I would like to know as I develop datapage how much I should expect it to draw down on my data usage.

Allow us to customize the data usage notifications
I wish Caspio was like Comcast – I get all manner of notification as I approach my data transfer limit.
I would like to choose when I get the notifications based on percentage used.

Deployed DP with name in the script
It could be great to insert the DP and APP names as comment with the deployed code.

white lablling
White labeling -I think it is a wise if the free account user have given the option to use white labeling with small fee that they can afford yet make the feel that they own the system, I see that other plan just offered the option with payment of about $20/month offered and it seems this payment can also affordable to those using the apps for free.

DataPage Elements for Hide-Start and Hide-End
Would be nice to have a default elements to choose from in Configure Fields that are "Hide-Start" and "Hide-End" where your program automatically puts in the correct table or div and display:none; style. Get confusing when looking at the list as to which HTML Block is the hide and end and which are for other uses. This should be an easy addition since it is just a single line of code and would keep me from using the wrong means of hiding on accident.

Add import progress indicator to top menu or side menu of admin
I'd like to see a small bar progress ticker for import jobs. It doesn't have to update in realtime - just on load would be fine.
If it could include an estimate of time remaining that would be great, but I'd just like a notice somewhere saying that an import is in progress. Otherwise, if I lose track in the middle of a complex job an I start another import and then get the error messages which wastes time.

Create a combination single record update and submission datapage
I would like to see a feature that essentially allows for one form to be both a single record update and submission datapage simultaneously. The practical use for this type of datapage would be edit an existing record based on a unique ID and if it does not exist, create it.
For customer (and even employee) facing applications, simplicity is key. One datapage that would look up to see if they have a record in a particular table to allow them to edit its contents and if not create one would be quite useful. I imagine other caspio users could…

Add file field maximum allowed size range between 1MB - 5MB
Currently the file field maximum allowed size available settings is 1MB, then 5MB. Add selection for 2MB and 3MB for upload of images captured from mobile device, such as Iphone where file size is over 1MB (typically 1-2MB). Iphone supports reducing file size only on email attachment. Currently users have to email the photos to themselves in order to scale down file size. If we increase file size to next available setting 5MB, then if we have several of these fields the email notification will fail if over 20MB. Allowing 2MB or 3MB from maximum size setting would prevent this…

Set checkbox to "No" on-load
There is currently an option in DPs to set a checkbox to "Yes" on-load, but no option to set the checkbox to "No" on-load. It would be very useful to have both options.

duplicates
Enable duplicates searches in datapages as is now possible directly from Views or Tables.
At present the mod is there to look for duplicates by interrogating the tables manuals but it is not possible to have a Datpage for regular use to see the same results.3 votes -
Ability to colour code data pages, tables, views for a quick reference.
In most cases, large and/or complex applications built on multiple data pages, views and tables etc. While building such applications also creates multitude of waste such as redundant data pages, tables, views etc.
In my opinion It would be good to have a function to colour code data pages, views, tables etc. to have a quick reference point on what is okay and not okay to delete. What data pages, views, tables are redundant in the process an what aren't!
